go-attest
Many signers, one answer. Fast M-of-N attestations that can't double-sign.
10k+ TPS
- 10,000+ TPS sustained attestation verification in synthetic cluster benchmarks
- Hardened against Byzantine validator equivocation and replay attacks
# What it is
go-attest is a distributed attestation engine in Go designed to observe, sign, and broadcast multi-party state commitments across sovereign domains with deterministic Byzantine fault tolerance.
# Why it exists
Multi-validator attestation networks suffer from latency variance, double-signing risks under network partitions, and slow disk synchronization on high-frequency state updates.
# How it works
A Go engine runs hedged quorum observation across M-of-N signers — racing redundant attestation requests to kill tail latency — while a CRC32C append-and-sync WAL keeps the attestation log durable under partial writes. In-memory lock-free monotonic epoch validators make double-signing impossible even across partitions.
# Details
- Hedged quorum observation mitigating tail latency from slow signing peers
- CRC32C append-and-sync Write-Ahead Log preventing corrupted or partial attestations
- Double-signing prevention with in-memory lock-free monotonic epoch validators
- 10,000+ TPS throughput with low-overhead gRPC streaming
