About
The longer version.
- First line of code written in 2016 learning Java in college. Dove headfirst into computer science fundamentals and ended up scoring full marks in my college Java CS course.
- Started out building for the web before moving deeper down the stack into cryptography, protocols, and programmable money—because I found money, proofs, and distributed state more interesting than rendering: systems that have to be correct.
- Full-time in web3 and distributed systems since 2020—building protocols, high-throughput financial ledgers, and privacy tools.
- Co-founded NexusFi (liquid staking on Nibiru, engineered the protocol from zero) and currently contributing to PressProtocol, building decentralized publishing infrastructure with multi-transport failover across IPFS and Tor.
- Built Aequitas Ledger, a single-writer double-entry ledger settling 268k+ TPS via lock-free event loops in Go, and created OpenGit Composer, an AI commit tool with 600+ downloads in its first 48 hours.
- Won 1st place at ETHKL 2024 (Ethereum Foundation track for NebulaID), 1st place at ETHGlobal 2025 (Filecoin track for FileThetic), and recipient of a Gitcoin GG22 grant.
- Also shipped plenty that didn't win on the first try: built the first version of PressProtocol for the RealFi hackathon (Internet Archive challenge) and applied to the Octant public-goods round—neither was selected, so we kept building and shipped pressprotocol.com anyway.
- Avid anime fan. My all-time favorites are Naruto, Attack on Titan, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and Death Note.
- Consistent gym and weightlifting discipline away from the keyboard—keeping the mind sharp and the body grounded.
- Fully remote / digital nomad—frequently travelling and working across Asia with a lightweight setup.
- Voracious reader of non-fiction across psychology, mental models, systems thinking, cryptography, history, economics, and tech.
- Open to select protocol and systems engineering, technical advisory, and founding-level collaborations. Curious about my stack and daily setup? See what I use or follow along on X.
